In addition to owning a complete set of 2nd ed and being a huge old school GW fan ... I own 3rd ed. I have to admit I haven't even attempted to run it. My game group has alot of fun with 4e ... and its just so duplicative I just really haven't been able to generate even the most remote interest out of anyone. 2nd ed is different enough from 4e that I can sell the darkness of it all in addition to an interesting d100 system with some very cool chr generation, etc. with 3rd ... I pull it out and people are like ... "what the heck is that a board game? What ... you use cards ... there isn't a book with the rules on the cards explained well .. huh." So I'd like to actually hear about a real person running the system, etc. Look forward to hearing about your WHFB experiences.
