I can imagine that there would be a lot of ideology involved, information being given to the Stormtroopers about the Jedi betraying the galaxy. A very propogandized campaign. I like it. A group of knighthunter stormtroopers, being led by a Sith, would search every corner of the galaxy, hunting down and exterminating the last remnants of the Jedi. You would need a Jedi (a dark side Jedi of course) to be the leader, at least one soldier, and at least one scout. The group would be together because they were placed in the same squad and would focus on missions that revolve around hunting down Jedi.
