It’s Friday!

Can’t get the group together this week? Just moved to a part of the country where you can’t find a group to save your life? How about a little online play?

First up: Urban Dead. This is a free, browser-based MMO. There are no graphics involved at all, just players wandering the city as either survivors or zombies, attempting to survive. This is a great game. You only have 50 action points a day to spend, so be sure to spend them wisely.

NationStates: This one has been around for a while. You can own your own country, name it, and make important political decisions that will determine the fate of your country. It takes almost no brain power, and there isn’t any split-second decisions that need making.

Puzzle Pirates: This one is great. It involves sailing the seven seas while playing minigames to keep your ship sailing. You can buy different items for your character, but if you want the best bang for your buck, you have to pay a little fee. But it’s great for an MMO to hop onto occasionally, without much effort.

What about you? Any good, preferably free online RPGs you like to play?
